SANBio 2nd Bioinformatics Workshop: Pathogen Genomics
The workshop will be held from 2-6 August 2010 at the University of Pretoria in South Africa. This will be hands-on training on the utilisation of bioinformatics applications for understanding pathogen genomes. Participants will have to opportunity to work through the various tutorials that will guide them on how to use the tools.
